0-3 years: free of charge

4-6 years: 10€ per day

7-14 years: 17€ per day

We are very fond of animals ourselves, but would like to politely point out that we cannot accept dogs in our house out of consideration for allergy sufferers and to maintain peace and cleanliness.

On the day of arrival, the apartment is at your disposal from 3 p.m.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.

In case of arrival later than 7 p.m., we kindly request to be notified.

Payment accepted by cash (within the legal cash limit – currently 4,999.99 € ), EC card or credit card.

Please note that since 2018 a mandatory tourist tax of 1.35€ per night and person has been introduced. This tax is not included in the price and will be charged separately on the day of departure.
Children up to 14 years are exempt from the tourist tax.

A cancellation is free of charge up to one month before arrival. In case of cancellation between 30 and 14 days, you will be charged 50% of the total price. In case of cancellation at a later date, you will be charged 70% of the total price.
In addition, we charge the full apartment rate in case of late arrival, no-show as well as for early departure.
We recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.
