In order to help you plan your stay and ensure that nothing gets in the way of your holiday bliss, we have summarized some useful information in the following.

We kindly ask you not to smoke anywhere in the house.
0-3 years: free of charge
4-6 years: 10€ per day
7-14 years: 17€ per day
We are very fond of animals ourselves, but would like to politely point out that we cannot accept dogs in our house out of consideration for allergy sufferers and to maintain peace and cleanliness.
On the day of arrival, the apartment is at your disposal from 3 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.
In case of arrival later than 7 p.m., we kindly request to be notified.
Payment accepted by cash (within the legal cash limit – currently 4,999.99 € ), EC card or credit card.
Please note that since 2018 a mandatory tourist tax of 1.35€ per night and person has been introduced. This tax is not included in the price and will be charged separately on the day of departure.
Children up to 14 years are exempt from the tourist tax.
Should something unforeseen arise and you are unable to travel, we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on another occasion.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code; however, we grant the following cancellation conditions:
In the event of cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit paid (20% of the total amount) will be retained.
In the event of cancellation after this period, 70% of the total price will be charged. In case of late arrival, no-show, or early departure, the full accommodation price will be charged.
Travel cancellation insurance: to avoid any costs in such cases, we recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
